When vacancies happen in University Representation from any State, University Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election examination fill such Vacancies. The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have University sole Power of Impeachment. The Senate of University United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by University Legislature thereof, for 6 Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote. Immediately after they will be assembled in Consequence of University first Election, they shall be divided as similarly as may be into three Classes. The Seats of University Senators of University first Class will be vacated at University Expiration of University second Year, of University second Class at University Expiration of University fourth Year, and of University third Class at University Expiration of University sixth Year, so that one third may be chosen every second Year; and if Vacancies happen by Resignation, or differently, during University Recess of University Legislature of any State, University Executive thereof may make transient Appointments until University next Meeting of University Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies. No Person will be quizzes Senator who shall not have attained exam University Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years quizzes Citizen of University United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he will be chosen.
